Sheri Foster
Vice President, Human Resources and Compliance
Sheri Foster is Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance at Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Greater Atlanta. She is responsible for developing human resources programs and policies for the agency, including employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health, and employee services.
Sheri also oversees the agency's Corporate Compliance function. The Corporate Compliance function provides guidance to the agency's management with respect to regulatory requirements that affect its business operations. The agency's regulatory compliance efforts include research, reporting, records retentions, policy and procedure development, training, and internal audits.
Foster joined CCCS Atlanta in 1999. Prior to joining the agency she was a human resources generalist for SecurityLink in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to SecurityLink she was human resources generalist for The HRM Group where she provided outsourced human resources expertise to organizations.
She is a member of the Atlanta chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management and serves on its Student Chapter Committee.
Foster is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She holds a master's degree in human resources management from the University of Alabama.
