Vicki Williams

Vice President, Client Services


 

 



Vicki Williams is Vice President of the Contact Center Services for Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta. She is responsible for all inbound calls and e-services for the agency.

 

Williams joined the agency in 1992 as Director of Client Services. During her tenure at the agency she has held positions responsible for counseling, DMP services, call center operations, information technology and facilities. She was named to her present position in 2002.


Prior to joining CCCS of Greater Atlanta Williams worked 14 years with Macy's South as the Senior Executive over Credit Authorizations, Collections, Customer Service, New Accounts and Methods and Procedures.   


Williams graduated from Georgia State University.
