Mark Cole

Mark Cole is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta. Cole oversees all of the agency's operations, including counseling, information technology, education outreach and the agency's contact center.

Cole joined the agency as Chief Operating Officer in 2000. Previously he served as President of Phoenix-based Personal Debt Solutions, Chief Operating Officer for the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and President of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Fort Worth.

Cole is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta. He is a member of the Leadership Atlanta class of 2009.

Cole is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
